This research employs a bibliometric analysis method to investigate talent management practices that can enhance employee performance. The objective is to measure, analyze, and comprehend patterns in scientific literature and publications related to talent management and employee performance. Using the Publish or Perish tool, a selection of 82 articles from the years 2019 to 2023 was gathered to meet the research objectives. The study's outcomes indicate a significant influence of talent management on employee performance. Identified talent management practices showcase their potential application in improving employee performance, contributing valuable insights to the existing scientific literature on talent management and employee performance. Pioneering the analysis of talent management practices dedicated to enhancing employee performance, this research employs a bibliometric approach, providing a systematic understanding of patterns within the scientific literature. The careful selection and evaluation of articles through the Publish or Perish tool highlight a substantial relationship between talent management practices and employee performance. These findings not only emphasize the practical implications of talent management for performance enhancement but also make noteworthy contributions to the ongoing scientific discourse, offering a fresh perspective on the intricate relationship between talent management and employee performance.
